University Hill Farms or simply Hill Farms is a charming and welcoming and diverse residential neighborhood on the west side of Madison Wisconsin. The area is characterized by its midcentury architecture including elegant prairiestyle with a Frank Lloyd Wright house cozy ranchstyle unique splitlevel homes and apartments all surrounded by lush mature trees. Named after the University of Wisconsin39s Hill Farm that used to exist on the site our neighborhood evolved from an agricultural research site into a beautifully planned community in the 1950s in partnership with the City of Madison which earned it a National Historic District status.
