(D.B.A. CAMP KAYLIE) WAS INCORPORATED JULY 16, 2008 AS A NEW YORK NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FOR THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF DEVELOPING AND OPERATING A FULLY INTEGRATED SUMMER CAMP FOR CHILDREN WITH AND WITHOUT DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
