Knowing your genetic history can provide essential context to your health. For Emma, her closed adoption often meant frustrating doctor’s appointments, as she had very little information about her personal health history. The myGenetics study helped her learn more about her personal genetic background, which gave some much-needed peace of mind to both Emma and her child.
