The palisades fire has had an unprecedented impact on the people and wildlife in the Santa Monica mountains. Our hearts go out to everyone and everything affected. We love you all and wish only the best. We’ve seen a beautiful response and teamwork from everyone. It’s been a light in the dark. On a positive note, if there can be one, many invasive plants were burned and hopefully removed in a way we couldn’t. There are also many amazing rare native plants that won’t grow unless the seeds are burned, so keep your eyes out for any interesting new flowers that pop up!
