Restocked! Another big thanks to Hammons Black Walnut Emporium for generously donating their walnut nibs to our community kitchen! With another round of Cox College Dietetic Interns we’ve restocked the refrigerator at the Fairbanks Community Hub with these delicious nibs, so feel free to stop by and grab some to try. We love adding them to pestos, over salads, granola + yogurt and more! We’re grateful for their support in helping us share this local treat with the community!
