Newark Emergency Services for Families (NESF) is a nonprofit organization established in 1977 to provide emergency assistance to Essex County residents in crisis. Food, emergency shelter placement, clothing, rental & utilities assistance and more. To stabilize families and individuals in crisis as well as to empower and prepare them to achieve self-sufficiency.
