The District 5 Hospital Preparedness Program Committee is composed of 8 counties: Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby. The District 5 Healthcare Coalition (D5 HCC) is a collaborative network of healthcare organizations and their respective public and private sector response partners within Indiana District 5. Led initiatives to develop, maintain, refine, and improve preparedness plans for all hazards, including pandemics for Indiana health and supporting facilities.
