Wellspring Retreat And Resource Center Inc

The Wellspring Retreat and Resource Center provides an evidence-based, residential treatment facility for those who have been devastated by cults and other coercive/abusive groups. The purpose of Wellspring is to restore the emotional, mental, and spiritual wholeness of children, adults, and families who have been traumatized as a result of their involvement in these destructive environments. This restoration is accomplished through the provision of a unique and comprehensive program of therapeutic and psycho-educational services, developed on-site since the center's founding in 1986. The Resource Center offers outreach and prevention products and services, and houses an extensive data collection on cults and other extremest groups. Wellspring is a 501(c)(3) organization located in the rural Appalachian community of Albany, Ohio.
