Skills of Central PA | Creating Opportunities Intellectual Disability Services We provide support for adults and transitionage youth living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether at home at work or in the community we help people live everyday lives. Mental Health Services If you or a loved one are living with a serious mental illness recovery is possible. We support people as they set recovery goals and help them acquire the skills and resources needed to achieve those goals.
