NAMI is happy to share this wonderful event: Move for Mental Health Date: Thursday, May 29, 2025 Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Location: Wilmington Police Athletic League (PAL) Audience: Youth ages 13–19 and families Cost: Free This event will include a youth-focused mental health panel, an interactive group workout led by a sports psychologist, music, community resources, and giveaways, all designed to educate and empower youth in a fun, culturally relevant environment. We’re expecting 100+ students from PAL and surrounding communities and are hoping to partner with local schools to expand our impact.
