The Primary Exempt Purpose of the Philani Fund USA is to raise funds for and make grants to the South African Philani Maternal, Child Health and Nutrition Trust, a community-based nonprofit that provides health, nutrition, early childhood development education services, as well as ancillary services, in poor communities in South Africa.
