The purposes of this organization are: 1)to continually assess the need of human service programs; help develop and expand or modify existing programs; and foster cooperation among local, state and national agencies; 2) Provide, as fully as possible, the funds needed to meet the educational and charitable human services needs of the community; 3)Distribute United Way funds effectiviely to meet the most urgent community needs.
