Altoona Association of Model Railroaders Founded in 1949 the Altoona Association of Model Railroaders has two floors of model train layouts. A 2239 x 5039 HO scale layout and a 1539 x 3039 N scale layout. Visitors will also find a library dating back to the 180039s and a large collection of railroad memorabilia including one of the largest collections of builders39 plates in the area. There is something for every modeler railfan and tagalong to see.
