The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication (I.R.O.C.2) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit(organizations/26-4233117/institute-responsible-online-cell-phone-communicatio.aspx%20target=) dedicated to proactively communicating a vital and uniform message to all members of the global digital community on the importance of digital responsibility, safety, and awareness ("Responsibility 2.1C(http://responsibility-21c.urbanuas well as encourage and endorse the development and safe use of all digital devices (e.g. digital cameras, cell phones, computers, internet, video cams, web cameras, etc) and the World Wide Web.  The organization's creation is based on overwhelming public evidence that many individuals are not aware of the short and long term consequences of their own actions when utilizing our world's rapidly evolving digital technologies irresponsibly.
