Membership Benefits About Parse The Pennsylvania Association of Retired State EmployeesPARSE was established in 1973 and incorporated in 1974 under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania NonProfit Corporation Law. In 1981 PARSE was granted status as a nonprofit association under the Internal Revenue Service chapter 501c5 regulations to provide health benefits to any retiree receiving a pension from any of the retirement systems offered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
