Ensemble Robot, Inc. is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation devoted to the furtherance of electronic music, new multimedia forms, and performance art. Ensemble Robot is an organization dedicated to producing performances of new music and electronic music in the Boston area and bringing our Boston and New York based musicians and artists to festivals around the world. Our performing groups currently are Ambient Orchestra, Gamelan Galak Tika, a Balinese gamelan in residence at MIT, Spider's Canvas / Arachnodrone, and Christine Southworth and Evan Ziporyn, who perform as a duo and solo with electronic music and video art.

The primary goal of the was the creation of new visually and sonically attractive robotic instruments and music. The original Ensemble Robot included Ramon Castillo Andy Cavatorta Chyle Crossley Giles Hall Leila Madrone Erik Nugent Laurel Pardue Christine Southworth William Tremblay Po Chun Wang and Evan Ziporyn.
