orphanage update 2024 After 19 years of faithfully operating a weekly then daily Feeding Shelter we are now in a new realm of serving. Due to a variety of reasons drug war violence and death poverty alcoholism and drug abuse prostitution child abuse and neglect we have now become an ORPHANAGE. The licensing process was begun in 2019. Covid halted the process due to government offices closing and staffing becoming very difficult even into 2021.
