TO CONDUCT AN AGRICULTURAL, INDUSTRIAL, EDUCATIONAL & RECREATIONAL FAIR & YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTES ADOLESCENT STEWARDSHIP TO APPROXIMATELY 700 YOUTH AND PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.
