Independent Living, Inc. and Independent Home Care, Inc. a non-profit organizations, dedicated to consumer choice and the provision of high quality support servicesthat improve the quality of life for people with disabilities of all ages. INDEPENDENT HOME CARE, INC.'S ("IHC") PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO OFFER CONSUMER DIRECTED HOME CARE SERVICES GUIDING INDIVIDUALS TO RECRUIT, INTERVIEW, HIRE, TRAIN AND DISMISS THEIR OWN PERSONAL ASSISTANT WHO PROVIDES HOME HEALTH SERVICES TO AN INDIVIDUAL IN THEIR HOME. IN ADDITION, IHC WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE FUNDS AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO AND FOR THE BENEFIT TO ITS AFFILIATES, INDEPENDENT LIVING, INC. AND IL STRATEGY GROUP, INC.
