Home - Petra Community Housing MAKING AN IMPACT ACROSS THE AREA FOR OVER 30 YEARS Petra Community Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing development and management organization. We have developed and currently manage several properties in the greater Phoenixville area to expand and maintain the number of affordable rental units. We strive to see all people with or without disabilities obtain affordable housing with a high quality of life. THE PEOPLE WE SERVE We believe every individual with or without a disability has the right to enjoy a wellmaintained and affordable residence they can call home.
