Today was the kickoff to our first CCP Staff Appreciation 3-month-series! For the next 3 months, we will have an activity each month for all staff to attend as our way of showing appreciation for all that they do! Today was a paint and sip (juice and soda only) experience and they had a blast! Thanks to @artplusstudio for a great time and making this an amazing experience for the CCP staff! National Foster Care month is right around the corner and you know what that means right?! CCP is back with the Foster Family Conference on May 17th at Southern Connecticut State University! This year we want to make it bigger than last year. We are extremely exited to announce we will have Ray Davis of the Buffalo Bills, former NFL player & youth advocate Andre Fluellen, and speaker & story-telling coach Dr. Barbara Lash, who are all ready to motivate and inspire our foster children and families! There will be workshops for children, parents, and community vendors. You don’t want to miss this one! Event is only for foster families and you have to RSVP to attend. May is National Foster Care month, but bring awareness to foster care all year round! (fb)
