Welcome to America Needs You Serves lowincome firstgeneration college students who come from homes where no parent has earned a fouryear college degree. Help us connect ambition with opportunity for firstgeneration college students. During the FirstGenU Career Institute students complete online modules focused on job search and leadership skills as well as attend virtual enrichment events to build their skills and networks. Build a more equitable workforce by becoming a volunteer at a workshop or virtual event.
