Asian American and Pacific Islanders have proudly served in the United States Military for over 100 years with a rich history of bravery and loyalty led by talented and competent leaders. The PPALM Mentorship Program connects mentees with experienced professionals who have achieved personal professional and career success. Mentors provide advice encouragement feedback performance management and career guidance towards achieving a mentees full potential.
