Your Own Community Foundation is committed to assisting children, teens, families, seniors, disabled, veterans and military personnel. Starting in the High Desert and neighboring communities of Riverside and San Bernardo Counties and reaching out to the USA. We strive to relieve the burden of everyday practical needs such as helping with utility payments and deposits, kids school cloths, food, gasoline for those in search of employment and need to get to and from interviews. Moms & Dads to be able to take kids to and from school in uncertain times, by connecting with those who need help and with those who are able to help and encourage a greater sense of community for all.
