Tri-Community Anglers Association TRI COMMUNITY ANGLERS ASSOCIATION The TriCommunity Anglers Association TCAA stocks trout in 6 miles of Piney Fork and Peters Creek which run through South Park Township Jefferson Hills and the City of Clairton. In addition the TCAA and its members are working to clean up the banks of Piney Fork and Peters Creek to improve the aesthetic quality of the stream as well as remain vigilant of government and industrial projects which may jeopardize the water quality and endanger the aquatic life in the stream. Meetings TCAA holds meetings on the second Monday of every month 700 P. M.
