Homepage - Rippling Waters Our Mission Reimagine Wapello County by renovating restoring and creating neighborhoods. What We Do Through partnerships with other community organizations Rippling Waters takes a holistic approach to improving our neighborhoods through removal of blight rehabilitation of existing homes and addition of new housing units. Our goal is to provide 1 to 3 new construction homes annually through local construction and by acquiring homes from the Homes for Iowa program. Rehabilitation 207 S Willard is a twostory home that was damaged by a fire in 2017.

Rippling Waters Farm
Due to Sunday night's fire, the Rippling Waters team will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. We are fortunate that our building only sustained smoke damage, but it will take some time before we're fully operational in our space again. We are working with our upstair's tenant to ensure they receive the support they need through this process.
