Our Mission Reimagine Wapello County by renovating restoring and creating neighborhoods. What We Do Through partnerships with other community organizations Rippling Waters takes a holistic approach to improving our neighborhoods through removal of blight rehabilitation of existing homes and addition of new housing units. Our goal is to provide 1 to 3 new construction homes annually through local construction and by acquiring homes from the Homes for Iowa program. Rehabilitation 207 S Willard is a twostory home that was damaged by a fire in 2017.
