We are Downtown Vision, Inc., Jacksonville, Fla.'s business improvement district (BID). Our job is to build and maintain a healthy and vibrant #DTJax community. Downtown Vision, Inc. (DVI) is the Business Improvement District for Downtown Jacksonville. Our Mission: Create and support a vibrant Downtown and promote Downtown as an exciting place to live, work, visit and invest. Downtown Vision Alliance's sole function is to assist Downtown Vision, Inc. in providing professional services for the mission of improving the central business district of the city of Jacksonville. Downtown Vision Alliance accomplishes this purpose with the sufficient staffing, overhead, supplies and general support of Downtown Vision, Inc.
