PROGRESS CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING IS A CONSUMER CONTROLLED, COMMUNITY-BASED, CROSS-DISABILITY, NONRESIDENTIAL, PRIVATE NONPROFIT AGENCY THAT HAS BEEN DESIGNED BY INDIVIDUALS WITH DISA BIILITIES TO OPERATE WITHIN SUBURBAN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS TO PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES.
