South Georgia Pride is organized for charitable purposes benefiting the rights, equality, and general well being of the LGBT community of South Georgia We aim to create and maintain safe spaces and inclusive events, further the adaptation of equitable environments, and act as a liaison to connect LGBTQIA2S+ persons with needed services within South Georgia communities. South Georgia Pride is committed to creating a strong sense of community and belonging for all, regardless of identity (i.e. sexual orientation, romantic orientation, gender identity, etc), by promoting understanding, tolerance, and acceptance throughout South Georgia communities.
