Expand performances and artistic events for the benefit and enjoyment of all. Enhance tourism, economic development and quality of life for the community. The SCAC prohibits discrimination and harassment of its programs, activities of its member organizations on the basis of origin, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, disabilities or any status protected by applied laws.
