Blueprint Investment Fund is a community housing development and investment organization. Blueprint Investment Fund is a nonprofit, community housing development organization committed to developing and providing quality, affordable rental housing for low-and-moderate income families within the Greater New Orleans Area. Following our mission, Blueprint restricts its rental housing units to households whose income is at or below 85% of the area median income, and the rental payment must not exceed 30% of the family’s annual household income.
