The mission of Arts ETC is to provide support to artists in the visual and literary arts, support indigenous artists from the Americas, Africa and the Caribbean working in a traditional art form, build a community for artists and bring quality art programs to communities.

Arts ETC We believe art is a means through which people can impact the change they want to see in their lives and communities. ARTSETC is a nonprofit art organization dedicated to supporting artists in the visual arts and literary arts supporting indigenous artists from the Americas Africa and the Caribbean that work in traditional art forms and nonprofit organizations create art and cultural programs for their communities. ARTSETC was formed in 1999 to help agencies and nonprofit organizations that work with youth youth at risk and adults in alternative to prison programs create art programs for their clients. Since that time we have helped a variety of organizations improve the lives of many by incorporating the arts in the programs they provide for their community.
