IT DOES THIS BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT HELP PEOPLE DEVELOP THE KNOWLEDGE, PHYSICAL SKILLS AND SELF-CONFIDENCE NECESSARY TO LEAD HEALTHY LIVES AND TO ENJOY ALL PHYSICAL RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES SHALL ALSO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE TO DEVELOP COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP SKILLS.

Health, Fitness, and Fun - The Centre The Centre Health Fitness and Fun Welcome to the Centre where we are more than a gym or health club. We are a gathering place in our community where friends share laughs over a cup of coffee children play families grow and friendships fostered. It is an honor to serve you every day and create a place where each person is important to us. Our fitness center includes group fitness classes personal training weight room and 50 pieces of cardio equipment.
