Website Manager New Fairfield Falcons The New Fairfield Falcons provide a program wherein youth receive instruction in the fundamental skills of football and cheerleading. The goal of this organization is to blend athletics and academics by instilling a sense of teamwork and character development allowing our youth to experience the excitement of victory and learn to face defeat with dignity. This organization promotes safe play by requiring all members involved in the New Fairfield Falcons adults guardians children and anyone associated with the program to maintain strict compliance with the ByLaws including its Code of Conduct the Rules Regulations of Pop Warner and the Northern Connecticut Pop Warner League. New Fairfield Falcons is open to children ages 5 to 14.
