Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy (established 2008) is an entirely volunteer-run 501c3 non-profit animal welfare organization based in Phoenix, Arizona (EIN 26-2889801). Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy is devoted to rescuing, rehabilitating and securing placement for pit bull and pit bull mixes into responsible, permanent and loving homes.We strive to educate the public about the pit bull breed in order to relieve suffering and prevent cruelty. We advocate responsible pit bull ownership and educate the public about breed specific legislation.
