Women of Wilmington
The Women of Wilmington (WOW) was founded with the simple yet powerful purpose of helping, however possible, local individuals and families in need.The Women of Wilmington is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the IRS. WOW shall receive and disburse funds, property and gifts of any kind exclusively for the benefit of the families and residents of Wilmington, as well as those persons and organizations that support families and residents of Wilmington. The organization will focus on family based charitable opportunities to support individuals, children and families, as well as other local organizations that support the community.
