City Neighbors Foundation's mission is to ensure the successful growth of the City Neighbors model. If you could have the “Best School You Can Imagine,” what would it be? City Neighbors Foundation works to impact public education in three ways: We operate a network of innovative schools; we provide professional development opportunities for teachers; and we work to create an environment that allows great schools to thrive in Baltimore, across the state, and beyond. Guided by the belief that children are creative, capable, powerful, and worthy of the deepest respect, the City Neighbors approach is rooted in the arts, project-based learning, and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
