Nadia: A Story of Strength, Sweetness, and Hope - Post 2 Nadia Update! Thank you everyone who cared so much about the little kitty paralyzed by a bullet wound. We are on the journey of fitting Nadia for her chair/cart. As the photos indicate we have measured Nadia for legs and hip size and movement. Our HSPC Veterinary and Medical team are also utilizing her x-rays to determine the best option for her body type. Our medical team understands her personality and how she will use the equipment. Staff member Kristina Striston sent these photos and says “I had no idea Skyler White was a shoulder kitty! She loved being carried around and crawled around my neck herself 😍” Skylar has been with us a couple times, but most recently starting in December 2024. So either she has learned a new trick, the shoulder shuffle, or we’re just finding out that she’s got some additional tricks up her sleeve.
