Rhema Outreach Center

Celebrating nearly 40 years, Rhema Outreach Center began as a prayer meeting in the living room of founding Pastors Chuck and Sharon Giacinto, and has since blossomed into a fruitful church family and passionate community providing a diverse array of programs and services including the Portions food pantry since 1997 as well as an addiction recovery program serving central Illinois since 2017.
