The primary objectives and purposes of this Corporation shall be to assist members of the general public in dealing with such life transition issues as birth, coming of age, illness, death and other losses by:(i) educating members of the public on the importance of life transitionissues, (ii) facilitating the creation of methodologies and tools to helpmembers of the general public transition through such life issues; and (iii) providing healthcare institutions and individual professional/family caregivers with the methodologies and tools to cope with life transition issues.
