The purpose for which the Alamo Liason Group is organzied is to locate, purchase, restore, perserve and maintain in flying condition military aircraft which were flown by all military services of the United States in World War II and to further provide museum buildings for permanent protection and display of these aircraft and to perpetuate in the memory and hearts of all Americans the spirit in which these airplanes were flown for the defense of our nation.
