With the motto, "Music programming re-imagined," the Intercultural Music Initiative devotedly programs music by lesser-known composers, along with familiar standard repertoire Intercultural Music Initiative was founded in 1994 as St Louis African Chorus to promote diverse music repertoire by African-decent composers.
