OPERATION RESPECT IS A NON-PROFIT EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ADVANCING THE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL GROWTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH TO HELP THEM DEVELOP INTO COMPASSIONATE, RESPECTFUL, ETHICAL AND CIVICALLY ENGAGED ADULTS.

Courageous & Emerging Leadership Academy is designed to MENTOR, MOTIVATE, ENGAGE and ASSIST youth in reaching their leadership potential by focusing on the following: Wellness / Physical Arts, Academic Enrichment, Social Skills Development, Mentoring, and Leadership Courageous Emerging Leadership Academy Building Minds and Saving Lives Youth Services Violence Prevention Youth will learn how to handle abusive relationships grief loss suicide and depression violence.
