SOAR is dedicated to the preservation and protection of the historic, natural, and scenic integrity of Pennsylvania’s Allegheny mountain ridges Save Our Allegheny Ridges is organized for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, specifically, to provide information to residents and municipal officials who desire to learn more about the impacts of industrial wind development on forested ridges and communities.
