Restoring Virginia Beach Waters and Natural Areas Our mission is clean and healthy Virginia Beach waterways and we accomplish that through: --Identifying and reducing sources of contamination in our waterways; nutrients, sediments and chemicals running off of our lawns, parking lots, roadways, farmland and out of our septic systems.
