MMSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the RESCUE, REHABILITATION & RELEASE of marine mammals Mission Statement The Marine Mammal Stranding Center (which has the privilege of housing the only marine mammal stranding facility in New Jersey) is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of stranded or otherwise distressed marine mammals and sea turtles along the 1,800 mile New Jersey coast and inter-coastal waterways.
