The Huntsville-Madison County Rescue Squad is an ALL volunteer rescue service organization dedicated As a primary rescue agency in Madison County, our mission is to provide quality rescue services by staffing an advanced rescue truck from our station on Cook Ave in Huntsville with a minimum of 2 highly trained VOLUNTEER rescue technicians including at least one state licensed EMT, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
