Northside Pet Connection (NPC) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization whose purpose is to seek ways and provide means for low cost spay and neuter services for cats and dogs in the communities of Lake Don Pedro, Coulterville, Groveland, Big Oak Flat, Greeley Hill and surrounding areas.
