PROVIDE CONSTRUCTIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-TO-MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES IN EAGLE COUNTY TO OVERCOME ECONOMIC HARDSHIP OR CONTINUING TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND SELF-SUFFICIENT COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
