PBB is dedicated to training service dogs for wounded war veterans and first responders & facility dogs for police depts Puppies Behind Bars trains incarcerated individuals to raise service dogs for wounded war veterans and first responders, facility dogs for police departments, and explosive-detection canines for law enforcement.
